SHIPPING

  • What are the costs for shipping?Shipping charges are free Australia wide. We use Australia Post for most of our items, however the larger items will need to be couriered.
  • How long will it take to receive my item?Handling times are 1-3 business days, most items are posted the next business day. If your item involves engraving, please allow extra time for proofs to be sent to you for approval. Large items that need to be couriered will usually be organised for the next available business day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Can I cancel an order I've made online?To cancel an order or request a refund please email us at enquiries@lasemarkgiftware.com.au or contact 0431 250 351.
  • What happens if I receive my item damaged or faulty?You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 2-3 business days.

  • How do I return an item to LaserMark Giftware?You can send it to : P.O Box 10, Ormeau, QLD, 4208. Please ensure the item is returned in the original box.
  • What happens if I change my mind upon receiving the item?If you have purchased an item and then changed your mind, you will need to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be given upon safe return of the product. Please note that return postage is not refunded for change of mind purchases. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Please ensure the item is unused, un-opened and the package is in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

GENERAL ENQUIRIES

  • Can I buy a product over the phone?We don't have the option to take payments over the phone. Please purchase the item via our website or our eBay store.
  • What types of payment do you accept online?We accept PayPal, credit card (through PayPal), bank deposit and cheques. Please note that if cheques are sent we will need to wait for them to clear before we send the item out to you.
